Amazing staff, amazing cafe. the friendly women in the cafe worked tirelessly to assist everyone and provided me with cereal and a cuppa when I needed help.

Health club access, On-site Starbucks cafe, Outdoor seating areas
The pool was overcrowded, making it impossible to relax!!! Waiting forever to get into the sauna was frustrating!!! Improve communication on facility access so guests know what to expect!!! Consider updating the dated furnishings throughout the hotel!!!

Consider requesting a room away from the outdoor seating area to minimize noise disturbances, especially if traveling with family.

The handmade pasta was truly a delight, adding a touch of class to my dining experience! Plus, the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. Can't forget the lovely staff, always up for a chat and a laugh!
While I enjoyed the vibe, I reckon the decor feels a bit stuck in the past. A more vibrant look and a well-lit vanity area would make prep for nights out a breeze—it's a bit of a struggle sitting under poor lighting, especially with all the weddings held here!

Not the best for families
The staff was cool, and the massage was dope, but the pool scene was a mess. No phones allowed was a buzzkill, especially when trying to unwind. Plus, the children aren't allowed in the pool during the afternoon—it makes you wonder why they let kids in at all. The snack bar had decent options, though!

We had a nice stay in the family room with comfy beds and enjoyed the free swim in the lovely pool and the relaxing sauna. The main downside was a lack of activities for the kids after swimming. it would be great if there were more family-friendly options available. I’d recommend it for a quick family getaway! 🌊

We had a lovely time at the pool which was perfect for the kids. The staff were friendly and made sure we felt welcome. The breakfast spread was impressive, setting us up for the day while we explored fantastic shopping and the vibrant Geordie nightlife.
My children wanted more activities post-swimming. An expanded entertainment option for kids would really enhance the family experience.

Fantastic facilities and friendly staff
I had a wonderful stay with great amenities like the swimming pool and gym included, making it excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out, adding to the friendly atmosphere. the noise from the bar area in the evenings was a bit disruptive, so I'd recommend planning for an early night if you're sensitive to sound.

Had a blast with my friends! We hit up some fantastic shopping and checked out St James' Park. The location is pretty handy for nightlife, and we loved the on-site Starbucks for a morning pick-me-up. Just a heads-up, the pool was closed during our stay, so make sure to confirm its status beforehand.
One thing that was a bit of a bummer was the noise from the bar area. It was pretty loud, especially when we were trying to sleep, as you could hear conversations and the TV from the first floor.

We loved how the sofa in our room was ready for the kids when we arrived, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the hot tub could use a little more attention, but that didn't dampen our fun! 😊

Comfortable stay with tasty eats
The family room was super spacious, loved the huge bed and big TV! Room service food was delish but they forgot some stuff, so I had to head down to sort it out. Would've preferred a nice bath instead of just a shower. The bar area looked chill too. nice vibes!
